Peer Support Specialist: Applicant must be former recipient of substance abuse treatment with at least 3 years of continuous recovery, High school diploma or GED equivalent, at least 21 years of age. Peer Support Specialist Certified or successful completion of Peer Support Specialist pre-certification program that consists of 40 hours of training preferred. Peer Support Specialists provide and advocate for effective recovery-based services, perform mentoring, problem solving, skill building and offer personal encouragement to individuals receiving substance abuse treatment services to support their journey in recovery.
Masters Level Clinical Counselor: Applicant must possess a Master’s degree in counseling or related area and extensive counseling experience, with S.C. licensure (LPC, LMSW, LISW-CP) and/or Addictions Counselor (CAC, MAC, LAC) certification preferred, or eligibility to obtain certification. This position will be responsible for providing advanced therapeutic services, including facilitation of a men and women’s domestic violence batterer’s intervention program. Other duties will include completing biopsychosocial assessments, providing individual therapeutic services, case management, facilitating group sessions and coordinating care with referral sources. The salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
Clinical Counselor: Applicant must possess a Master’s degree in counseling or related area, with S.C. licensure (LPC, LMSW, LISW-CP) and/or Addictions Counselor (CAC, MAC, LAC) certification preferred, or eligibility to obtain certification. This full-time clinician would be primarily providing remote services to an adult population, including IT, Group, SAC, Case Management, etc.
