Administrative Specialist II:
Position requires three years of experience in general clerical work and graduation from high school, including or supplemented by courses in business subjects; an associate degree in secretarial science or another related field and two years clerical experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience in switchboard operation and receptionist tasks would be especially helpful.
