Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP)

ADSAP is a requirement for individuals convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) who are seeking to reinstate their driver’s license.

Offender Based Intervention (OBI)

AEP: Alcohol Education Program is a service provided to minors who have gotten an alcohol-related offense, such as Minor in Possession of Alcohol. AEP is an 8-hour class providing information about alcohol use so participants have accurate information to make healthy personal choices regarding the use of alcohol. This class is one of the activities a minor may be required to complete to clear the alcohol-related charge from their permanent record. OBI provides education, counseling, and treatment for individuals who are involved in, and referred from the legal system.

AIP: Alcohol Intervention Program is a service provided to minors with subsequent alcohol-related arrests and is generally ordered by the supervising Court. AIP is a brief Treatment Service and consists of individual and group therapy sessions. The goal of AIP is to assist the participant in changing their behavior to make healthy, legal choices with their response to alcohol.
